Cattle graze as nature intends on the rangelands of some of Wyoming’s best valley and mountain pastures. We concentrate on cow-calf production and raise feeder calves for sale. The natural feed settings are closely supervised as the cattle graze through the seasons, from elevations which vary from 4,000 to 10,000 feet – from the home ranch in the Big Horn Basin to the top of the Big Horn Mountains.
The meat that these cattle provide is processed and frozen, and conveniently wrapped and labeled without any preservatives. This keeps the meat chemical-free for outstanding flavor and nutrition. Our beef is priced around $4.10 per pound, cut, wrapped and delivered, but varies depending on the market. Please call for current price. This price isn’t just for hamburger meat but also includes tender steaks and roasts.
Average weight for a cut and wrapped quarter of beef is
